Faster and easier XRF for geology and
mining

Accurate and precise data for 22 key trace elements is provided in less than 30 minutes analysis time using wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) spectrometer

At the annual meeting of the Geological Society of America (GSA), Bruker AXS announces the launch of Geo-quant trace element analysis designed specifically for geology, minerals and mining applications Geo-quant performs quantitative analysis of geological materials right out of the box, says the company

Accurate and precise data for 22 key trace elements is provided in less than 30 minutes analysis time.

Geo-quant is based on international geological certified reference materials (CRMs) ensuring the highest possible accuracy.

This system incorporates Bruker AXS's experience and knowledge of geochemical analysis in an easy-to-use program, which can be operated by both beginners and experts alike.

A quick and simple sample preparation method is provided and includes all of the necessary accessories.

Geo-quant utilises the performance of the well proven S4 Pioneer X-ray spectrometer.

This 4kW instrument is the flagship of Bruker AXS's powerful range of wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence (WDXRF) spectrometers.

WDXRF is a well-established elemental analysis technique used in many process, quality control, and research applications.

The flexible design of Geo-quant allows seamless and quick integration into any process or quality control environment.

Geo-quant joins Bruker AXS's growing list of customer-driven XRF solutions, by providing fast and accurate trace element analysis for geological-related applications.

Jeremy Lea, Bruker AXS global business manager XRF, stated: "Geo-quant is yet another example of our commitment to supply customers with the analytical tools they need in order to maximise their investment in our X-ray technologies". Request a free brochure from Bruker Daltonics ...
