Gene transduction in eight to ten days
Gene transduction was accomplished just eight to ten days post-differentiation of 3T3-L1 adipocytes by electroporation with the BTX OneDrop Microporator
The OneDrop Microporation system is fast, with just three seconds analysis time It uses very small sample sizes from 10ul to 100ul and results in high yields of transfected cell
The One Drop Microporator MP-100 is a hand-held pipette-type device which utilises the powerful Microporation technology.
It consists of a high performance pulse generator, safety chamber and Microporator pipette.
Pre-sterilised microporation tips manufactured by state-of-the-art micromachining factories are supplied as disposables.
The high performance pulse generator has a graphical user interface for easy setting and operation.
Setting of electrical parameters, number of pulses and pulse duration are graphically visualised with a large LCD display.
Pre-optimised electric parameters are provided and updated through the technical support group.
