The new Carl Zeiss Axioskop 2 Plus microscope is aimed at clinical laboratories for use in diagnostics and complex investigations in biomedical research

Exceptionally stable, the Axioskop 2 plus provides brilliant images and outstanding ergonomics The incorporation of a five position reflector turret allows the convenient positioning of magnification changers and analysers in the upper part of the stand and keeps them dust free

A choice of viewing tubes, fixed or adjustable height spacers, and tilting ergonomic tubes ensures that the instrument can be customised to match the individual users posture.

The stage is supported by a dual rail guidance system, which guarantees maximum stability when focusing through sections.

For user comfort the stages have height adjustable and tension adjustable coaxial controls either to the left or to the right.

The stage surface has a ceramic coating for longer life, and a range of specimen holders is available to suit most specimen types and stage orientations.

Select from the wide range of ICS Infinity objectives in the Carl Zeiss range to ensure brilliant, high contrast images for screening and other more critical applications.

The optional motorised and encoded stand can be used to download microscope settings or to define presets for each optical technique employed.

Using the motorized stand it is possible to automate most microscope functions to maximise operator comfort and give fatigue free microscopy.

Axioskop 2 plus is highly flexible, adaptable and easily upgradable for all future needs.
