Infection control and ice machines

The Scotsman TC180, available from Camlab, is designed to minimise infection risks and facilitate cleaning Ice is made from fresh mains water in inverted freezing cups to minimise the possibility of contamination, producing very hard, clear, hygienic ice at minus 25C
Storage is in an insulated, easy-to-clean internal storage bin and the flow of ice is 'first in, first out' to minimise the time that ice is held in storage.
Dispensing is totally hands-free - the machine senses the presence of an ice container automatically.
