Carbolite shows latest furnaces at
Analytica 2006

A new furnace for general laboratory work at temperatures up to 1100C is among a wide range of thermal equipment being shown by Carbolite at Analytica 2006 in Munich

The ELF 11/23 is a bench-mounted model with a 23-litre chamber and hard-wearing ceramic hearth The chamber is heated by semi-embedded wire elements on the two side walls and insulated by high-performance low thermal mass material which enables fast, energy-efficient heating to be achieved

A temperature of 1000C can be reached in only 35 minutes.

A digital controller with integral timer function is fitted as standard.

Carbolite is also showing several other models from its extensive choice of chamber, tube and specialised ashing furnaces.

The company's HTF high-temperature chamber furnaces provide cost-effective heating of ceramics and other materials to 1700C and 1800C and are available in three sizes up to 52 litres for each temperature.

The design of the equipment provides fast heating rates and particularly good temperature uniformity.

Carbolite's AAF ashing furnaces are designed for processing materials that generate aggressive fumes while also providing accurate temperature uniformity.

They are available in 3, 7 and 18 litre sizes, all with a maximum temperature of 1100C.

GSM models are particularly suitable for ashing procedures when a dust-free environment is important.

The design also protects elements from harmful vapours and minimises leakage if gases are used. Request a free brochure from Carbolite ...
