TiO2 and ZrO2 for phosphopeptide purification

A Chromatography Consulting product story
Edited by the Laboratorytalk editorial team Jul 25, 2005

By adding polymeric reversed phase material in combination with TiO2 and ZrO2, the ability to purify both phospho and nonphospho peptides becomes a reality

Following presentations by a number of authors at ASMS 2005 recently using TiO2 and ZrO2 for phosphopeptide purification, Glygen announces an expanded range of TopTip and NuTip products for this application.

By adding Poros polymeric reversed phase material in combination with TiO2 and ZrO2, the ability to purify both phospho and nonphospho peptides becomes a reality.

Furthermore by adding carbon (Hypercarb) in the same tip, Glycopeptides can also be purified along with normal phosphopeptides.

Glygen tips are unique and versatile for sample preparation in bioanalysis.
