Western USA distribution agreement
Specialty inorganics manufacturer signs agreement to distribute its line of thin film materials on the west coast of the USA
Specialty inorganics manufacturer Cerac has signed an agreement with Vacuum Engineering and Materials (VEM) to distribute its line of thin film materials on the west coast of the USA VEM is given rights to service and sell Cerac's evaporation materials and sputtering targets

"Vacuum Engineering has a great deal of knowledge and experience in the thin film materials industry and our customers will benefit from their strengths." In addition, Vacuum Engineering brings target bonding capabilities closer to Cerac west coast customers, reducing the need to ship backing plates to the Cerac factory for bonding.
Cerac has been manufacturing specialty inorganic chemicals and thin film materials in Milwaukee since 1964.
Represented globally by a network of domestic and international sales representatives, Cerac services industries such as precision optics, ophthalmics, semiconductor, laser and display technologies with standard and custom manufactured materials.
