Chemical Process Solutions's thermoplastic air driven diaphragm pump designed for laboratory applications is equipped with the unique, all plastic, Perswing P air control system
This metal-free (free of contamination), pneumatically pilot-operated control system ensures accurate reversal of the main piston and is renowned for its low noise levels and working at low driving pressures As the system is made up from only two moving parts, this insures that there is absolutely no dead centre, thus excluding the risk of a functionless middle position (non-stalling)
The system does not require maintenance, operates without any lubrication and is made up of no more than four different parts.
The complete cartridge can be easily replaced.
