Chiltern appoints UK head of integrated
resourcing
Chiltern International announces that Paul Westnedge has been appointed to head up Chiltern Integrated Resourcing Solutions (CIRS) UK

During the transition to Glaxo Wellcome and GSK, he progressed through several roles as a manager of a GP sales team, manager of a specialist hospital sales team and then into marketing as a brand manager.
Four years ago, he moved into the clinical area of the industry, specialising in recruitment.
He is also the current chairman of the Institute of Clinical Research's resourcing specialist interest group, which is examining how to increase the number of new people coming into clinical research.
His new role with Chiltern sees him head a team comprising resourcing managers, resourcing executives, internal recruiters and administrators and overall management of client seconded clinical research personnel in the UK.
Westnedge said "I am excited to have joined Chiltern as head of CIRS UK and look forward to working with the team to develop the business.
"I am looking forward to finding solutions to the market shortage of good quality candidates, further developing Chiltern's reputation for contract, permanent and interim recruitment solutions and communicating Chiltern's quality of service.".
