Benchtop carousel has 20-place SP index

At the start of the weigh cycle, the indexer automatically rotates the index wheel to ensure pot number one is in line with the 'accept' exit chute on the checkweigher
The Sade SP Benchtop from CI Electronics is used for the accurate weighing and sorting of a sample of 20 tablets After weighing the system places each tablet in turn into an individual numbered container located in the SP Index Wheel

The versatile new SADE SP Benchtop from CI Electronics offers both weight sorting and sample checkweighing modes of operation.
When the sample is complete a print out is produced which includes a list of the individual weights and the number of the container the tablet has been placed in.
Now the tablet weight has been accurately identified the tablets can be used for further tests.
The Sade SP Benchtop carousel unit is simple to set up and use.
The 20 pot positions are clearly marked on the index wheel, which can only be located on the indexer in one orientation.
After each sample the index wheel can easily be removed to enable the collection pots to be lifted out without disturbing the contents of the pots.
The SP index wheel mechanism is only supplied as a factory fitted option but it can be disconnected during use to allow the unit to be used as a standard Sade SP Benchtop tablet/capsule weight sorter and sample checkweigher.
