The number of major pharmaceutical organisations that see the benefit of the broad range of services that ClinPhone has to offer increased again last year.
ClinPhone now does substantial work for 16 of the top 20 pharmaceutical organisations in the world.
"These are excellent statistics in what is acknowledged as a tough economic climate for the industry," commented group financial director Steven Kent.

ClinPhone has supported more than 800 clinical trials in over 80 countries and almost 70 languages.
It designs, develops and manages telephone and internet-based IT applications that dramatically reduce costs and improve the efficiency of conducting clinical trials.
Its systems are unique within the sector and are regarded as the industry standard.
Staff levels at all of the company's global offices have also been increased due to greater demand.
In the first half of the current financial year, the workforce was increased to more than 330 in total.
More than 80 employees now work in the United States, double the amount at the same point in 2001.
There are now three offices in the United States, with brand new premises in Princeton and Chicago serving an ever-increasing client demand.
Management teams in the United States and the UK are also currently evaluating plans to bolster San Francisco office with more operational support in line with demand.
A further technical facility has just been opened in Nottingham near to the company's headquarters, bringing the number of facilities in the UK to four.
