Growth for clinical trials management software
Comprehensive 21 CFR 11 compliant database designed for day-to-day tracking and reporting of regulatory and clinical information
TrialWorks by ClinPhone, a clinical trials management software database, is seeing a considerable upsurge in sales activity, the company says.
Since ClinPhone's acquisition of TrialWorks earlier this year, the TrialWorks client base has increased by nearly 25%.
"We now believe that over the past three years, more companies have adopted TrialWorks than any other CTMS," says Larry Linsey, ClinPhone's director of CTMS business development.
"Interest in TrialWorks among potential clients is more robust than ever, so we're confident this vigorous growth will continue".
ClinPhone acquired TrialWorks to support its core mission of providing solutions to improve the clinical trials process.
The rapid adoption of TrialWorks by so many new companies confirms the value of adding CTMS to ClinPhone's expanding product portfolio, it says.
Integration between TrialWorks and ClinPhone's randomisation and medication management services (using interactive voice and web response) has also now been completed, which further increases the benefit to ClinPhone's clients.
Recent new TrialWorks by ClinPhone clients include Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Altus Biologics, Kosan Biosciences, Family Health International, and several others.
"Because TrialWorks is easy to configure and customisable, it satisfies the needs of a varied group of end users, from biotechs and traditional pharmaceutical companies to CROs and non-profit research organisations," noted Linsey.
In order to reinforce the success of TrialWorks and to support its continued growth, ClinPhone has appointed a new business development manager, Malcolm Weaver.
With eight years of experience working for FW Pharma Systems and Aris Global selling CTMS and enterprise IT solutions to the pharmaceutical industry across the USA, Europe, and Asia, Weaver's appointment will ensure 100% customer focused service, says Clinphone.
TrialWorks by ClinPhone is a comprehensive, 21 CFR 11 compliant database designed for day-to-day tracking and reporting of regulatory and clinical information.
Compared to other CTMS solutions, Clinphonje says it is characterised by its user-friendly, intuitive interface, its flexibility, and its easy implementation - typically performed in two days.
TrialWorks is integrated and relational, which keeps data input to a minimum while maximising valuable project management data.
For example, patient visits data are integrated with payment data to quickly generate investigator payment and earning information.
The software provides comprehensive trial management data, ranging from high-level, consolidated metrics for senior managers to drill-down reports to support project teams.
The software is completely scaleable with a web-based version currently under development.
ClinPhone has launched an informative website to support industry interest for TrialWorks.
This new site provides detailed information about the software and includes a useful simulation of the product that allows customers to gain first-hand experience of its powerful features.
