New data centre after influx of new
business

The opening of this new centre coincides with the major release of ClinPhone's new Oracle-based application platform.
This new release enables ClinPhone, an Oracle business partner, to provide additional functionality and strong enterprise data management for its customers.
The introduction of the new data centre will provide a multitude of scalability and capacity benefits for ClinPhone's customers, says the company.

These will include increasing the fax capacity, telecommunications, data storage and physical computing capacity.
These capacity increases will benefit the company's outbound services as well as its inbound IVR and interactive web response (IWR) capabilities, contributing to higher availability targets.
The new facility will also use a high-tech storage and backup software platform from IBM, which will guarantee that all data collected is safer, more efficient and available 24/7.
This investment in key infrastructure will allow ClinPhone to strengthen its business continuity plans and capabilities and reduce risk for its customers, it says.
To date, ClinPhone's solutions have been deployed in nearly 1400 trials across 88 countries and in 71 languages, with 398 current live trials.
Therefore, the robustness of the company's IT systems is paramount to ensuring a stable and high quality service to its global customers in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
