This is the latest development in ClinPhone's exceptional business growth over the past 12 months, which has seen a new office open in North Carolina alongside the expansion of the Chicago operation and the relocation of the New Jersey headquarters.
The new office will become fully operational with project managers, operations and support staff all on hand to assist local clients within their own time zone, enabling increased face-to-face contact and trial consultations.
Staff at the office will be on hand to provide expert project and account management throughout the entire business cycle.
Rob McGrady will head up the new office as west coast operations manager and will be joined by Kit Harley who will fill the role of operations account manager.
McGrady was previously based at the Princeton office and is one of ClinPhone's most senior employees.
Harley has relocated from ClinPhone's Chicago office where he was one of the first employees.
