ClinPhone expands presence in New
England
ClinPhone has established a new operations office in Boston, USA, to enables it to increase its localised support to customers
This centralised location is ideal for ClinPhone to effectively service its growing New England customer base and enable the company to establish relationships with the growing number of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies located in this region This is the latest development in ClinPhone's business growth and expansion

Over the past 12 months, ClinPhone has opened offices in San Francisco and North Carolina, and has relocated its New Jersey US headquarters to a much larger facility.
In addition, the company has recently announced the opening of its Australian office, serving the Asia-Pacific region.
From inception, the new Boston office will have both business development and operations capabilities.
The location of the office will allow ClinPhone to provide local project management support for all existing customers in the region.
The six New England states comprise one of the largest biotechnology sector development areas in the US and are also home to laboratories of several major pharmaceutical companies making it an ideal location for this new ClinPhone office.
Susan Rizzo will head the new office as associate director of operations.
Rizzo joined ClinPhone in 1999 as a clinical project manager and helped to establish the first ClinPhone office in Princeton New Jersey.
Howard Goldberg, president of ClinPhone, comments: "Furthering our presence in New England is a logical step in our expansion.
"As a customer service oriented business, it's necessary to have a physical location in this region to effectively accommodate the needs of our customers.
