New bonded caps overcome needles bending, displaced seals and sample contamination

Ever been frustrated by needles bending, displaced seals, sample contamination? Chromacol's 9-SC bonded caps overcome all these potential pitfalls.

The new 9-SC bonded cap incorporates a silicone/PTFE seal that is specially bonded, utilising a reagent-free process to eliminate any potential contamination.

The bonding prevents any chance of the seal being displaced by a blunt needle.

An option for the seal to be pre-cut, thereby allowing the needle to pass through with minimal force before closing on extraction, is also available.

The solid seal is in a light blue cap and the pre-cut seal in a light grey cap for easy identification.

These caps fit all 9mm screw thread vials from the Chromacol range including the Standard 2ml, High Recovery and Micro+T vials.

They also fit a broad range of other manufacturers' auto sampler vials.

Chromacol bonded caps combine auto sampling capability using industry standard 9mm robotic caps with the broad chemical resistance of the silicone/PTFE seal in a single bonded unit.
