High-throughput filtering station features a unique pressurised filtering device that allows for up to 20 filtrations of any type to be performed at a time

CEM has introduced a new high-throughput filtering station The LabXpress filtering station features a unique pressurised filtering device that allows for up to 20 filtrations of any type to be performed at a time

LabXpress is said to be five times faster than gravity filtering, giving chemists more time for their analyses.

The compact and portable LabXpress rotates to allow easy access to all of the station's filter cups and samples.

In addition, standard glass or plastic filter funnels may be used in place of the filter cups.

This system can also be used in combination with the CEM MarsXpress for simplifying the filtration step and providing an integrated process for microwave digestion and extraction.

The station's high throughput capability makes it an ideal companion tool for the MarsXpress, which can process up to 40 samples simultaneously.
