1 March 2010 - CEM has announced the formation of a new subsidiary headquartered in Tokyo with an additional office in Osaka, Japan.
CEM Japan will be responsible for all sales, marketing, technical support and service of the company's line of laboratory instrumentation in Japan and selected areas of Asia.
The offices will commence operation in the fall of 2010.
15 December 2009 - CEM Corporation will host J Keith Crisco, the North Carolina secretary of commerce, at the company's headquarters in Stallings on 18 December 2009 at 10:00am.
10 September 2009 - CEM has announced its fourth US patent covering microwave-assisted peptide synthesis (US 7,582,728).
