Goat anti-mouse conjugate is ideal for highly specific immunological methods requiring extremely low background levels, high sensitivity, and multicolour capabilities

Quantum Dot has launched the first product in its new range of Qdot secondary antibody conjugates The Qdot 655 goat F(ab')2 anti-mouse IgG conjugate (H+L) highly cross-adsorbed combines high-quality secondary antibody with the brightest deep-red fluorochrome available

It is ideal for highly specific immunological methods requiring extremely low background levels, high sensitivity, and multicolour capabilities.

Qdots are nanometre sized semiconductor crystals with intense brightness and superior photostability.

The conjugate is made with the F(ab')2 fragment of affinity-purified goat anti-mouse IgG.

It is adsorbed against the serum proteins of bovine, hamster, human, rabbit, sheep and rat to minimise cross-reactivity in multicolour applications.

The high sensitivity and brightness of Qdot signals ensure they are capable of detecting low-abundance targets.

Further secondary antibody conjugates with different target specificities are soon to be added to the product range.
