Systems are available in two formats - standard and deluxe - to address the need for sensitivity, accuracy, dependability, and versatility in an Elisa development system

Cambridge BioScience has introduced new cytokine Elisa development systems which provide the time-saving, convenience and performance of a high-end, commercial Elisa kit for a fraction of the price These Elisa Max sets have been engineered by BioLegend for sensitive, precise and reliable cytokine quantitation

The sets are available in two formats - standard and deluxe - to address the need for sensitivity, accuracy, dependability, and versatility in an Elisa development system.

Both the sets are specifically engineered for accurate recovery and measurement of analytes in complex fluids such as serum and plasma (as well as activated cell cultures) without any interference by confounding serum factors such as hetereophilic antibody or rheumatoid factor.

Elisa Max Standard includes pre-titrated capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, Avidin-HRP and conveniently-sized assay calibration standards.

Elisa Max Deluxe also includes assay diluent, coating buffer, TMB substrate and high-affinity binding Elisa plates - a complete and ready-to-use kit.

Both kits are available for mouse and human IL-10, IL-12, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, TNF-a, IFN-y in 5, 10 and 20 plate sets.

These products are available from Cambridge Bioscience in the UK and Ireland only.
