Specifically, the guide provides detailed specifications, selection guides and an application matrix for Coherent's offering of more than 40 different excimer laser products.

These include lasers in the Excistar XS, Xantos XS, Braggstar Industrial, Indystar, Compexpro, LPXpro and Lambda SX series.

Additionally, Variolas UV material processing systems, Geolaspro UV optical systems for LA-ICP-MS, and relevant laser measurement and control are also included.
