Digital torque tester's flexibility of use is characterised by interchangeable transducer units covering a broad torque range from 1-30Nm

For use in the laboratory environment, Crane Electronics says it DTT Opta (digital torque tester) is a simple, yet comprehensive tester that shares its operating software with the its TorqueStar Opta It therefore offers the same modular software options that enable all Opta products to function as simple readouts or sophisticated data collectors

DTT Opta's flexibility of use is characterised by interchangeable transducer units covering a broad torque range from 1-30Nm.

Torque traceability is achieved by either printing to an optional integrated printer, or transferring data to a PC/laptop.

Each torque reading can be time and date stamped.

Software modules currently available for DTT Opta range from basic storage to SPC (statistical process control).

For quality assurance department that are also responsible for the torque quality for individual items such as bottle tops or key locks, there is an adjustable component fixture.
