Addressing the need for a low tech approach to cell culture scale up without significant capital investment, Corning Life Sciences has expanded its Cellstack culture chamber product line by offering customers a broader range of chambers, fittings, and handling equipment Corning has added a five-stack chamber with a cell growth area of 3180cm2 providing customers more options in scalable cell culture

All 1, 2, 5, 10, and 40-stack chambers are available with the new patented Cellbind surface for enhanced cell attachment or standard tissue culture treatment.

There is no additional lead time for Cellbind treatment.

For added convenience in filling and venting, manifolds are now available for 40-stack chambers.

Customised filling and venting accessories with aseptic connectors can be added prior to product shipment and are available upon request.

The expanded product line also includes manual and automatic manipulators, incubators and shakers.

A stacking device models the top surface of the Cellstack chamber, securely nesting in the strengthening ribs.

It is used to optimise incubator space while providing clearance for venting.
