Nothing dissolute about these testers

Easy, efficient, accurate powder dispensing
Adjustable volume powder pipetter is a simple solution to repetitive small volume powder filling applications, suitable for small vials, 96 well plates, or other powder filling applications
Inline refractometers can maximise the profitability of process or manufacturing lines by continuously monitoring and controlling the concentration of dissolved solids or water soluble liquids.
The ability for 24 hour monitoring of quality without the necessity to stop the line for periodic sampling saves time and money.
The CSP inline refractometer has extensive applications in the pharmaceutical, food, beverage, sugar, chemical and metal working industries and can monitor and control nearly any liquid with dissolved solids or soluble liquids.
For example in pharmaceutical manufacturing it can continuously monitor the production of medicines and liquid containing capsules.
For metal working, where an optimum lubrication to coolant ratio results in maximum tool life and productivity, the inline refractometer can provide 24 hour continuous monitoring of lubrication fluid without having to stop to use a hand refractometer.
You can mount the small console right on the workstation for immediate and continuous visual feedback.
Never again will your mixture run lean or rich without you knowing it.
The process refractometers have a stainless steel housing, two analogue outputs, a measuring range 0 - 95%Bx and a resolution up to 0.02% Bx.
They have an easy and hygenic process connection for various pipeline diameters or vessel mounting, provide real-time information on the process development and enable the connection of on-line analysis and automatic control systems.
These include automatic on-line titration for measuring pH, alkalinity and lime content and the automatic on-line ash analyser for the determination of conductometric ash in the sugar industry.
These modular, computer-aided systems perform analyses -that conventionally are carried out in laboratory- next to the process.
The systems consist of a sample collecting module, an analysis module and a personal computer.
The values of the analysed samples can be transmitted to a Lims system and can be used to control the production process.
