British awards

The accolade aims to reward innovation that has resulted in a measurable improvement or impact, either on the company, and/or more widely on industry, the economy or society Curvaceous's products based on the novel geometric process control (GPC) technology offer process improvements in a range of different ways

This new process technology has already won awards from the European Process Safety Centre (EPSC), the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), the Chemical Industry Association (CIA) and most recently the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
The inaugural Best of British Industry Awards have been an overwhelming success judging purely on the number of entries received.
The Sunday Times, Amec and the Work Foundation have joined forces to launch the awards which showcase the best of British industry.
According to the organisers: 'the awards aim to not only recognise past achievements, but to foster a new culture of enthusiasm for the skills, opportunities and promise of so many British industrial companies".
There are a total of eight awards to be claimed which include accolades for both individual and company peformances.
The judging process is being overseen by the Work Foundation using its 'Cracking the Performance Code' research methodology.
The judging panel itself comprises of highly distinguished individuals from industry, finance, academia and the government.
