Eluent generator for DX-800 process
analysers

Dionex introduces the EG40-PA eluent generator, providing DX-800 process analysis systems with the revolutionary eluent generation capability of the laboratory version of the EG40

The EG40-PA eluent generator, combined with an updated release of PeakNet-PA software, features a specialised configuration designed for seamless integration into on-line process environments Configured with disposable EluGen cartridges, the EG40-PA produces high-purity potassium hydroxide eluents for anion separations or methane sulphonic acid eluents for cation separations

The product is integrated into the DX-800 enclosure and completely controlled with PeakNet-PA software.

The EG40-PA is available for all new DX-800 systems, and as a hardware/software upgrade package for existing systems.

The EG40-PA offers many advances for process analysis.

It provides the power of gradient separations with the simplicity of isocratic pumping.

Eluent concentrations of 0-100mM are easily programmed for application versatility.

Only deionised water flows through the pump, which maximises the lifetimes of pump seals, check valves, and pistons.

Automated eluent generation enhances ease-of-use with months of trouble-free operation and eliminates labour-related eluent make-up costs.

These enhancements raise the level of performance and integrated automation for process analysis significantly beyond that of previously available systems.

Companies running such systems now have a key opportunity to enhance their analysis capabilities. Request a free brochure from Dionex (UK) ...
