Method scouting made automated
Dionex introduces a new intelligent LC (LCi) solution for automated method scouting, based on its UltiMate 3000 Series HPLC systems and Chromeleon software
The new solution enables convenient method scouting, testing different combinations of method parameters such as pH, temperature, solvents, etc, on up to six columns A new TCC-3200 thermostatted column compartment contains two integrated six-position, seven-port valves for column selection
Peaks are tracked using UV/vis spectra from the PDA-3000 photodiode array detector.
Chromeleon provides easy parameter exploration, without requiring method changes.
Chromeleon's data mining tools such as automated SST and query functions help to quickly identify the optimal parameter set, eliminating the need for manual data assessment.
Smart reports visualise results instantaneously.
This new LCi solution significantly reduces method development time, automating repetitive manual tasks. Request a free brochure from Dionex ...
