Extended range of infrared gas sensors

Edinburgh Instruments is manufacturing a new low cost series of infrared gas sensors for detecting and measuring a wide range of CO2 and selected hydrocarbons

These five new models complement the existing IRgaski range Ideal for use where space and weight are at a premium, they are incorporated on a common, compact electronics platform with interchangeable optical heads

This gives gives continous detection and measurement of target gases.

These dual beam sensors offer low drift, high accuracy OEM sensor with single button calibration and optional simultaneous voltage and current outputs.

The IRgaskiT design offers three simultaneous output options, namely 0-2V linear analogue output, 4-20mA linear analogue output and digital (RS232) output.

The digital communications are easy to utilise and IRgaski PC data logging software is available.

Each module has been designed to allow the user maximum flexibility when choosing a solution to meet their application requirements.

This innovative range also supports certified explosion proof miniature gas sensor modules offered by other manufacturers.

The potential to separate the optical assembly and processing electronics is of interest where gases have to be measured in hostile environments.

These versatile products have many applications in the process, engineering, manufacturing, medical and laboratory industries. Request a free brochure from Edinburgh Instruments ...
