ELE International has developed a mortar mixer with automatic and manual function to prepare cement mortar mixes to the latest international testing standards, including the recent changes to EN 196

With the correct preparation of the mortar ingredients essential to obtain a homogenous mix for consistent and repeatable test results, the machine's mixing paddle and bowl have been specially designed in accordance with industry standards, to avoid breaking down the sand particles that could affect the final strength.
The mixer features a simple to use control panel, incorporating an intuitive rotary switch control for the selection of either pre-defined mix programs or automatic or manual mixing mode.
When set to automatic, the microprocessor controlled unit carries out the required mixing cycle as specified in the latest testing standards, preparing accurate and consistent sample mixes..
Additionally, the mixer's new motor control system enables the machine to be reprogrammed at any time as necessary to satisfy standard revisions that specify new mixing cycles.
Sand and water can be easily added at the appropriate time in the mixing cycle, with the addition of optional dispensers.
When set to manual mode the mixer can be used as a two-speed general-purpose mixer.
