Ellitron Computing provides information and papers on immunoassays, as well as software for the biostatistical analysis of data from immunoassays, especially limiting dilution assays (LDAs)
Version 1.2b of Elida software is now available for free download.
Also available for download are all of the relevant supporting published papers for the statistical methods implemented in Elida software.
These methods are appropriate for the analysis of data from limiting dilution assays.
LDAs are also known as serial dilution assays, dilution series, dilution tests, fermentation tube tests, coliform density tests, etc.
A comprehensive review of the history and methods of limiting dilution analysis can be found in the book chapter 'Limiting dilution assays for the separation, characterisation, and quantitation of biologically active particles and their clonal progeny' also available for free download.
