Module concentrates microbes
This new technology utilises hollow fibre modules that are designed to filter and concentrate microorganisms for detection
ElutraSep launches a new technology for the up-concentration of microorganisms Microbes enter the module and become trapped within hollow fibre membranes
After the filtration step is complete, a simple elution step releases the organisms for detection.
This technology provides the ability to reduce false negative test results and present up to 1000 times more of the target organisms into incubation, IMS, ATP, PCR or lateral flow device.
