System is said to be ideal for automated manufacturing and laboratory procedures that require very accurate liquid delivery

Encynova, provider of precision fluid control systems, announces a new solution for robotic fluid dispensing and fluid spotting applications Encynova's model 2-4 system is ideal for automated manufacturing and lab procedures that require very accurate liquid delivery

The model 2-4 system is light enough to mount on laboratory or manufacturing robots, can be controlled via RS-485 communication (PC, PLC control), and is also Labview compatible.

Encynova's Travcyl pumps are internally-sealed, positive-displacement devices.

The system does not require valves to control fluid flow, and calibration is not needed, even when flow rate and dispense volume are changed.

Unlike a basic pump solution, Encynova's systems provide pumping capability, fluid measurement, and flow control all in one compact module, making robot-mounted delivery easy and accurate.

System accuracy of up to +/-0.05%Cv and low-pulsation flow result in improved fluid delivery for consistent, reproducible results.
