Cambridge headquarters provides venue for courses to customers on the latest techniques and instrumentation, such as quantitative polymerase chain reaction

Eppendorf UK has set up a training centre within its new headquarters at Vision Park, Cambridge, which will enable it to provide practical courses to customers on the latest techniques and instrumentation, such as quantitative polymerase chain reaction (QPCR).

In January 2003, the company moved into 280m2 of office space on the ground floor of Endurance House in order to have more space to expand its services to its customers in molecular biology, biotechnology and clinical laboratories throughout the UK.

"We are currently planning a series of workshops on new techniques and new equipment", explained Eppendorf UK marketing manager Rowan Maulder.

"These will cover topics such as micromanipulation, microinjection, microarrays and QPCR.".
