New head of drug discovery business
development
Darwin Asa will be responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing, sales and business development strategie
ESA, a manufacturer and supplier of analytical instruments for the life science, clinical diagnostic, drug discovery and pharmaceutical industries has appointed Darwin Asa to the position of drug discovery business development manager Dr Asa will be responsible for the planning and implementation of ESA's marketing, sales and business development strategies relating to the company's drug discovery initiatives
Prior to joining ESA, Asa was the marketing manager for drug discovery at Tecan and was previously employed at BD Biosciences.
His ten years of marketing and product development experience with life science research products and four years as a research scientist in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry provide a strong background to help develop the new position.
