The Labculture class II type A2 is the latest state-of-the-art biohazard safety cabinet from Esco, designed and manufactured to meet the US standard NSF/ANSI49 and European Standard EN12469:2000 requirements.

Attention has been paid to ergonomics - such as low noise, comfortable lighting system and inherently safe double-balanced laminated glass sash.

Cleanability is enhanced by the single-piece inner liner constructed of stainless steel, radiused work tray corners and elimination of protrusions and crevices in the overall construction of the cabinet.

In addition, the external rotor motors used in Esco Labculture biosafety cabinets consume less energy than conventional motors, thus decreasing operating costs.

Stringent quality control testing, including individual containment tests, is performed and reported on every unit shipped.

The investment is also protected by a unique design that can be field-upgraded later with retrofit kits.

Embedded in the ergonomically designed 10deg sloped front is Esco's new Sentinel microprocessor control, equipped with true airflow sensing technology, audible/visual alarm systems and full configurability according to the user preferences.

Esco Sentinel also comes with a diagnostics software that allows the user to closely monitor the product performance and custom set UV-timer, warm-up and post-purge period duration.
