Volumetric flow controllers with a
difference
Constant volumetric control technology is a new system for flow control, in which pressure and temperature changes have no effect on set point
CVC (constant volumetric control) technology is a new system for flow control The valve is totally independent of pressure changes and maintains a constant volumetric flow rate for gases and constant mass flow rates for liquids, regardless of the up or downstream pressures
This means that regulators, needle valves, and electronics can be eliminated providing a large cost savings.
The series 2000 is completely mechanical in functioning.
Features self regulation less than 100 milliseconds, 1% set point accuracy, controls flow independent of pressure and temperature changes.
Controller is used in closed loop controls with set point being reached from 20 to 100 milliseconds.
Body materials include stainless steel, brass, and aluminium, pressures to 200 bars, flow range from 10cc to 50l/min.
Intrinsically safe as is totally mechanical, and compact dimensions.
