Precision metering and dispensing pumps

An ESE product story
Edited by the Laboratorytalk editorial team May 7, 2003

Range of valve-free positive displacement piston pumps offers 1% accuracy and repeatability on fluid systems

Fixed volumes per stroke of 20 to 300 microliters are available with discharge pressures up to 20 bars.

Zero dead volume means little contamination of the system.Wetted parts are inert expanding the applications to most all aggressive fluids.

Pumps are supplied complete with a stepper motor powered by DC voltage.

Design is aimed at both the laboratory and OEM markets with its compact package.

Operation of the units is accomplished through the synchoronous rotation and reciprocation of a piston in a precision-matched cylinder bore.

Typical applications include metering, pH control, analysis, wash, titration, dispensing, additives, blood, sample prep, one step analysis.
