Total solution for inert systems can be found in ESE's complete range of engineered plastic components featuring a dri-control design

The dry control system used in many of the valves is a flexible diaphragm system which isolates the fluid from the body's working parts Valves of this type can perform better and last longer

All metal to metal contact is eliminated.

PTFE is available for most all of the products but PVDF, PVC and polyproylene is also used to complete the offering.

Application is found in industries and systems such as chemical processing, medical and biotech to mention a few.

Pressure can be controlled with pressure regulators, relief, check or shut off valves.

Flow requirements are managed by metering, ball, plus pinch or solenoid valves.

Sensing is done by a flow switch system.

Valve actuators can be either AC, DC or pneumatic powered.

If our standard range can not meet the requirements, a custom design can be offered for volume applications.
