The focus on service and reliability is a natural extension handed down through the group, as long-standing customer, Keele University, affirms.
According to the university's technical manager Allan Darlington, "The university has been a customer for many years and we have found ESA to be very reliable and very helpful, if ever there is a problem, it is sorted in a very efficient and professional way".
ESA says its success with customers can be linked to the consistency of its service ethos throughout the organisation and specialised expertise from the industry brought in to the division to uphold the ultimate in industry standards.
A specialist who has recently joined ESA Laboratories is Alan Garwood, who has extensive experience in the laboratory industry with Waldner and Luntri.
Garwood stated, "Many years of dealing with customers from the laboratory sector has led me to understand the need to tailor our products and offering to suit individual customer requirements.
