"This site makes a huge difference to the lives of mothers in all aspects of science, we already have numerous articles posted to the site and there is an abundance of information there" said Shara Cohen, chief executive officer of Mums in Science.
"There is no other resource like this and in our first year we have grown beyond expectation, we have had some wonderful feedback and are now looking to expand by inviting scientific mums to contribute their own articles".
Mums in Science was created in August 2005.
