Divided we stand

The rotary cone sample divider could be your most important partner for sample division in the laboratory

Sample division is one of the most important laboratory operations in the processing of solids or suspensions Only in the rarest cases can the analysis be performed without prior sample division

Errors can occur even at this stage, and are then attributed to the analyser.

The cause of the error, however, actually lies in the sample division or even in sampling.

If such errors are to be avoided, great importance must be attached to representative sample division.

That is to say, the overall quantity must be reduced in such a manner that all physical and chemical properties of the sample material are also represented in the smaller quantities.

Only then will a meaningful and unfalsified analysis result be obtained.

Fritsch says this can only be guaranteed if the sample division is done with the Fritsch Laborette 27 rotary cone sample divider.

The main advantages of the Laborette 27 are: representative sample division with a dividing accuracy of 99.9%; up to 3000 divisions per minute; quick fit clamping of 250ml and 500ml sample bottles; basic machine can be combined with a wide choice of dividing heads made of different materials (also materials safe for use with foodstuffs) and different division ratios; capability of handling both dry powders or liquid suspensions; feed quantity up to 4000ml in volume and up to 10mm in size; optimal sample feeding.
