Fritsch wins Innovationspreis 2007
The new Fritsch planetary mill premium line convinced customers as well as the members of the jury, which selected the top-product for the innovation award industry
The initiative for medium-sized enterprises has been since 2004 awarding on the occasion of the Cebit the Innovation Award ITK and since 2006 during the Hannover fair the Innovation Award Industry.
Fritsch laboratory equipment competed with the newly developed planetary mill generation premium line for the nano technology segment.
On 30 April 2007, Fritsch was awarded with the Innovation Award 2007 in the nano technology category.
The jury selected the product premium line as one of the most innovative and interesting solutions for medium sized enterprises in the nano technology sector.
Of course the Fritsch family is pleased with this award and a top-product: "We are proud of our innovative mill.
"With this new planetary mill generation premium line we offer our representatives, as well as our customers a dozen of unique selling points, which in their sum are not achieved by any other planetary mill in our solar system," explained Fritsch project director, engineer Markus Bund.
The awards are granted to businesses, which with the most innovative products for the medium sized enterprises in diverse areas like for example drive technology, automotive, bio-technology, electronics, energy, research, nano-technology, environmental sciences and the like, have a lasting effect on the market while setting new standards.
With the new premium line Fritsch says it revolutionised once again the planetary mill technology.
Of course it was not easy to ignore 50 years of planetary mill technology and to define a new super technology, but a completely new dimension of the high-tech-grinding was achieved.
For the first time a planetary mill with sunk in bowls was introduced to the market.
This allows to reach rotational speeds never known before and achieve ultra fine grinding results down into the nano range.
