Fisher Scientific, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, has announced the launch of a greatly enhanced technical support service

The new technical support team is a dedicated resource for anyone working within a scientific environment All members of the new team have been recruited because they are highly qualified, in a variety of scientific fields, and have first hand laboratory experience

The team is committed to providing the fastest, most effective and proficient solution to customer enquiries.

The professional advisers have technical expertise covering several areas including bioreagents, equipment, safety, consumables, chemicals and chromatography.

As well as keeping pace with market trends and providing access via web links and email, the company understands the importance of customers being able to talk directly to a qualified adviser if they want to.

Each member of the team can help customers with a range of queries including: finding a suitable product for a particular application, troubleshooting advice, Certificates of Analysis and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), finding suitable alternative products, if required plus any other general enquiries covering the product range.

Fisher Scientific believes this enhanced provision will meet the increased levels of supplier expertise that scientists require in the dynamic laboratory environment.
