Compressors feature 50/60Hz dual frequency

The Gast Group's range of Jun-Air ultra-quiet compressors now includes the oil-free OF1200, a higher-output version of the OF300.

The OF1200 has an output of 130 litres/min at 8 bar - a 45 per cent increase over the OF300 that extends the potential applications for the oil-free range.

The OF1200's 50/60Hz dual frequency allows it to operate anywhere in the world without the need for modification.

Versions are available to operate at 10 bar maximum pressure.

Units feature the same cooling system, wear-resisting piston rings and manufacturing technology as the OF300 and are designed for 100 per cent reliability in continuous operation.

They are constructed with fewer moving parts in order to reduce wear and provide maximum reliability, minimum maintenance and a long working life.

Receivers are internally coated to guarantee an air supply that is in optimum condition.

To make installation easier for integrated solutions and demanding OEM-applications, multiple outlet ports are provided to allow connection in various directions.

Like all Jun-Air oil-free compressors from the Gast Group, the OF1200 range is vibration free and operates at just 76dB(A) as a free-standing unit.

When housed in optional silent-running cabinets, the noise level is reduced to as low as 55dB(A).

However, where quieter compressors are required, the Gast Group's range of soundproof cabinets for the OF1200 reduce sound emissions even further.

the compressors feature an easy-clean 'medical' white textured finish, making them suitable for laboratory, medical and other working environments.

The units can be installed close to individual workstations.

The cabinets can be used free standing or wall mounted and are available for compressors with outputs up to 146 litres/min at 8 bar, with tank sizes up to 40 litres.

They feature a removable top for easy access and are designed with usability, hygiene and maintenance in mind.

All compressors are equipped with efficient ventilation and cooling to ensure their 100 per cent continuous duty cycle is maintained when installed in a cabinet.
