High-throughput evaporator previewed at
Achema
Solvent removal system allows chemists to evaporate two different solvents simultaneously, significantly speeding drying in busy HPLC and central purification laboratories
Genevac reports that the advanced prototype of its HT-24 high-throughput solvent removal system, previewed last week at Achema, generated considerable interest from visitors - particularly those involved with drug discovery and purification Compact in design and offering a very high capacity for a wide range of sample formats including microplates, tubes, vials and Genevac's new hybrid fraction collector blocks, the HT-24 offers the versatility and productivity to assist chemists in a high-throughput environment

Flexible, high-throughput solvent evaporation
Chemists will, for the first time, be able to evaporate two different solvents simultaneously, significantly speeding drying in busy HPLC and central purification laboratories
Using the HT-24 chemists will, for the first time, be able to evaporate two different solvents simultaneously, significantly speeding drying in busy HPLC and central purification laboratories.
The high-throughput design of the HT-24 allows up to 96 shallow-well microplates to be dried down at the same time, while capacity for standard 16x100mm fraction collector tubes is an outstanding 576 tubes per run.
A high efficiency oil-free pump together with a new compound condenser design housed beneath the evaporator chambers means that an HT-24 can be placed into a walk-in fume hood with ease.
A full launch is expected later in the year. Request a free brochure from Genevac ...
