Workhorse evaporator for drug discovery

For laboratories faced with handling samples in a variety of formats, this model accommodates a wide range of tubes, vials, microtitre plates, and multi-deck microplate holders

The new model DD-4X centrifugal evaporator from Genevac is an affordable solvent evaporation system that uniquely combines ease of use with uncompromised performance, high sampling versatility and productivity enhancing features For drug discovery laboratories faced with handling samples in a variety of formats the easy-to-use DD-4X offers true versatility accommodating a wide range of tubes, vials, microtitre plates, and Fast-Stack multi-deck microplate holders

Difficult or sensitive samples are no problem to the Model DD-4X.

Incorporating a new cost-effective diaphragm pump, redesigned evaporation chamber, and powerful IR lamps allows the DD-4X to rapidly remove most routinely used solvents with ease.

For higher boiling solvents such as DMSO and NMP, a high-performance Cole vacuum pump can be specified.

In addition, efficient chamber cooling between runs is particularly useful to protect thermally sensitive samples when run immediately after higher boiling point solvents.

High condensing power and a large capacity waste solvent cold trap enable the DD-4X to offer the best overall solvent recovery, shortest run times and lowest condenser defrost times for a solvent evaporator in its price range.

Together these factors ensure high productivity and maximum performance throughout the run.

Benefiting from an optimised layout and new electronics the DD-4X is highly reliable and offers simple maintenance access, helping to extend system life and reduce the cost of ownership. Request a free brochure from Genevac ...
