Genevac will preview its latest applications developments and innovative products for drug discovery and development at the forthcoming DDT 2006 exhibition in Boston, USA
In response to customer demand Genevac have developed a fast lyophilisation process to resolve problems that customers experience with HPLC solvents Using Genevac HT series evaporators, HPLC fractions can be concentrated to a few millilitres and then frozen and rapidly lyophilised to produce a diffuse dry powder, which can easily be re-dissolved or weighed out

The new LyoSpeed facility allows the volatile organic solvent to be removed from the HT-Series evaporator condenser enabling the system to achieve the deep vacuums necessary to achieve good lyophilisation, without user intervention.

The system's high performance and high sample capacities make them the ideal workhorses for the laboratory requiring high throughput evaporation.
