Distributor conference buoyed by product

Representatives of 15 organisations from around the world attended the recent Genevac annual global distributors meeting in Fussen (Germany).
A comprehensive programme of technical presentations and practical training sessions on the company's EZ-2 system, a new HCl-resistant version of the HT-4 evaporator and innovative fast lyophilisation methodology drew participants from China, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Sweden and Hungary as well as from Genevac's sales offices in the USA, France, Germany and Singapore Reflecting upon the meeting Ian Whitehall (sales director) commented: "A key focus of the meeting was for Genevac to transfer its technological expertise to our representatives

In Europe, outside the company headquarters, Genevac maintains sales and service staff based at offices in Lyon, France and Wiesbaden, Germany to provide efficient service to its European customers.
Earlier in 2006 a new sales and support centre was established in Singapore to provide local support to the Asia/Pacific region.
