Genevac has developed a fast lyophilisation technique for preparing weighable samples from difficult-to-dry HPLC purification fractions.
Using a Genevac HT Series evaporator and Lyospeed technology, HPLC fractions can be concentrated to a few millilitres, then frozen and rapidly lyophilised to produce a diffuse dry powder, which can easily be redissolved or weighed out.
