Integrating data management and data
visualisation
GenoLogics and Proteome Software, a developer of proteomics data visualisation software, have announced a collaboration to provide an integrated package for proteomics research.
Initially the two companies will work together to promote the synergies between GenoLogics's Proteuslims and Proteome Software's Scaffold software for advanced data visualisation and mining of protein searches Over the coming months, the companies intend to develop closer integration of their two products

GenoLogics will be exhibiting at the US Hupo conference in Boston, 12-15 March 2006, and will be joined by Proteome Software at the booth.
